The first category(Completely ...</title><content type='html'>Sure, I&amp;#39;ll clarify.&lt;br /&gt;The first category(Completely Open and Free(with or without DRM)), means that it is well documented on how to create and read the ebook which means that anyone can create a device or program that can create or read the eBook.  It also means that creators can encrypt their books as well.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The second category(Open without DRM, Closed or license for DRM.)  This means that as long as DRM isn&amp;#39;t needed, it&amp;#39;s just like the first category.
